To track the progress of your order with us, you'll just need 2 things:
- Your order number. If you search your email inbox for "Polishey" you'll find an order confirmation email that includes your order number.
- Your email address
Once you have these, click here to go to our tracking page and input them both.
Please note that once the parcel is with the shipping company, we have the same amount of information as you do in regards to the status of your order.
You can check back on our tracking page at any time to see if there has been progress in shipping your order.
